Join us! You'll be glad you did...
I am an energetic, passionate, adventurous, fun-loving, positive, ambitious woman who loves life and all the good that it has to offer! I am actively pursuing the things I love to do! I have some of the best friends a person could ever wish for and I love meeting new people on a regular basis.
People give me insight, perspective and energy. Because I enjoy learning new things and love being around good people, I love creating and organizing a wide variety of groups for nearly everything I have a passion for.
I have learned that when I include other people in activities I love to do, I am always more successful!
On the other hand, when I do some things on my own - I am less likely to be consistent in whatever I'm trying to accomplish.
I am attracted to people who have a spirit of adventure, who aren't afraid to work hard, who enjoy helping others, who are passionate about life and have a positive attitude.
I find it easy to promote healthy, positive activities, especially things that are outdoors. I thrive on helping people feel good about themselves and showing them what they are capable of doing, whether it's snowshoeing in 0 degree temperatures or hiking to a peak.
I find great satisfaction in helping others feel as good as I feel! I know I am a very blessed woman since I am surrounded by many loyal, caring friends and family members.
To start receiving invitations and details to my fun adventures and activities, go to www.liveandthrive.com and sign up for my Free Newsletters.
All of these groups require some small fee but it costs nothing to be on any specific group Email List and start receiving invites. Most invites are received via email or I can put you in touch with some of our people if you need to reach them by phone.
I do not sell or share email addresses to anyone without your consent. Contact me, Sheryl at smcgloch@yahoo.com or 801.278.5313

On those same days in the spring, summer and fall we hike. You choose whether to join us for a shorter or longer time. If you are new to the sport, plan to take it easy since it takes time to get your "hiking or snowshoeing legs." Adults of all ages and abilities are invited. Photography We especially love nature photography with our digital cameras. From photos you can create slide shows, books, posters, calendars, mugs, mouse pads, invitations, post cards, etc.
