Long Board Paddling

This reminds me of kayaking on land. I never thought I would so hooked on long boarding at age 53 but I am - thanks so Kahuna Creations! By using the paddle, it creates an excellent stomach, upper body and leg workout.

Here in Salt Lake City, I enjoy this sport on the smooth boardwalk at Liberty Park, close to downtown SLC. It strengthens your core muscles and increases your balancing skills. I would love you to join us in this sport!
